Baechu (Napa cabbage), mooli, onion, spring onion, chilli pepper flake, fermented anchovy sauce (contains fish), unrefined sea salt, sticky rice flour and garlic

  • For vegan use Dasima stock (kelp, water) instead of anchovy sauce

  • For allergens see ingredients underlined

  • Raw, unpasteurised and naturally fermented with live cultures

  • Gluten-free, no added sugar
