#02 How to plate kimchi
Round wrap 동그랗게 썰기
Method
Take out whole leaf kimchi from a jar and put them on a chopping board
Leaving the largest leaves aside, stack the kimchi on the top of each other in opposite directions (stem, leaf, stem, leaf…)
Cut the stack into 2-3 pieces and wrap each piece with a large uncut leaf
Slice the wrap into 2-3 pieces and serve on a plate
Roll-up in bite size 돌돌말아 썰기
Method
Take out whole leaf kimchi from a jar and put them on a chopping board
Roll up a leaf and cut it into 2-3 pieces
Repeat step 2 as much as needed
Serve on a plate
