SHIPPING INFORMATION

We make kimchi on Monday based on the orders placed throughout the previous week and dispatch all distant orders on Tuesday.

Distant orders We use Royal Mail Tracked 24 or DPD Next Day Delivery to ensure your kimchi arrives sound and safe on time.

Local orders We hand-deliver local orders within E5, E8 and E9 on Tuesday or Wednesday. On the day of delivery we will send you a text message notifying the estimated delivery time.

If there is any delay or issue with your delivery, please contact info@kimnchi.com for help in resolving the problem.

What if I missed the delivery?

Please check the estimated delivery date as soon as you receive your tracking number and ensure you will be able to receive your kimchi order. We are not liable for any damages that occur due to unattended packages.

My package is leaking!

We do our best to prevent leakage during shipping, but as kimchi’s active natural fermentation continues during shipping, there is a small possibility of leakage. This is perfectly safe to eat.
